I’m Molly

Welcome to Maine! I’m Molly! My husband and I have three amazing children, all grown, launched, married, and making their mark on the world.

In 2018, I retired from my career with the federal government and escaped the D.C. rat race to a small fishing village on the coast of Maine.  I like to say we bought a view with two rundown cottages.  I have spent the years since overseeing a renovation, a new build, and seemingly endless landscaping.  

I love coastal style, homemade food, the color blue, home decor that tells a story, casual living, family time, Springer Spaniels (you will be seeing a lot of Maddie and Cisco!), a good romcom, getting outside on my bike or in my kayak, James Taylor, and watching the tide change out my windows. I am a vegetarian, collector, introvert, creative, Peloton junkie, novice gardener, night owl, and not-very-good Leo. 

I have been sharing my life here in Maine on Instagram for the past three years.  I get comments that our home is “cozy” and “welcoming”, and that people feel like they would like to just come in, sit down, and enjoy the view out the windows and chat.
